QuickTrade Refund Policy

This refund policy discloses the refund practices for the use of the QuickTrade application (app) and website (www.quicktradeapp.com) as maintained by QuickBid, LLC.
What can be refunded

The QuickTrade application features in-app purchases which can extend your service for several months at once. These payments will be refunded to the purchaser upon request with the following restrictions:

  • Partial refunds will be given for unused months remaining in the current subscription. Once a new subscription month begins, that month cannot be refunded. Subscription months will be defined as 31 day blocks from the date of purchase.

    For example, a 3 month payment was made 2 weeks ago. The user requests a refund. The current subscription month cannot be refunded. The two remaining months will be refunded at the 1 Month Subscription rate each.

  • Payments that have expired will not be refunded.

  • Subscription length that was not purchased ($0 subscriptions including the 2 Month Demo) will not be refunded or reissued, unless as desired solely by QuickBid LLC.

  • In the event that QuickTrade is restricted from connecting to your airline's scheduling system or asked by the airline to terminate services, QuickBid, LLC will not be responsible for refunding subscription payments.
How to request a refund

To request a refund, please feel free to Contact Us directly by email. QuickBid, LLC prefers to send refunds via paypal.com, but other arrangements can be made including mailing a check.
